对诬告行为的思考

Ponderation over the Behaviour of False Accusations

诬告,指故意捏造事实,伪造证据,作虚假材料向国家机关告发、陷害他人的违法犯罪行为。无论是署名的告发,匿名的告发,投寄信件的告发,还是向有关部门的告发,只要属于诬告,都应列为犯罪行为。

False accusations refer to th law-breaking criminal acts of intentionally fabricating facts,forging evidencees and falsifying matrials to inform statee organs against other persons so as to frame up the persons said above. False accusations,so long as the accusa-tions are trumpeed up,whetheer they areee signed accusations, anomymous accusations,false accusations by means of letters or lodging false accusations against others to the organs concerned,are all classified as criminal acts.
