在市场经济活动中,广告作为商品促销的重要手段,已成为联系经营者与消费者的纽带。用法律手段来规范广告的真实行为是保护消费者合法权益的重要举措,不仅广告经营者必须严格执行广告法,消费者也应熟知广告法,才能用法律来保护自己的权益。
In the activities of market edonomy,acvertisements as an important means of promoting sale of commodities have become ties of linking shopkeepers and consumers.By means of the law,standardization of the true behavior of advertisements is the important measure of protecting the lawful rights and interests of consumers.
