当前有非法拘禁人质事件屡屡发生,本文作者调查研究了5个不同类的案例,虽然各案都有发案起因或理由,但非法拘禁人质是一种违法犯罪行为,尚不完全被人们重视,文章呼吁人们增强法律观念,保护人身自由权不受侵犯。

At present,incidents of unlawfully taking hostages into custody have occurred from time to time.The author has investigated and studied five different types of cases.Though every one of the cases has the cause and the reason of each case taking place,unlawfully taking hostages into custody is an illegal criminal act, to which people haven't paid close attention.The article has appealed for heightening cirizens' sense of laws so as to protect the rights of human freedon and to infringe them.(Translated and finalized by Zhang Junmin.)
