通过对许多实际案例的剖析,不难发现,近年来,我国所发生的利用电脑进行的高科技犯罪活动,具有三大特点:1、作案对象多集中于金融、财经系统和出版行业;2、作案者大多是一些从事电脑工作的专职人员和会操作电脑者;3、每起犯罪持续时间长、技术性强、隐蔽性大,作案手段狡猾,而且不断变化,查处难度较大。然而只要我们掌握其犯罪特点,就能有力地打击罪犯。

Through analysing many actual cases,it isn't difficult to find that the criminal high-tech forms by means of electronic computers happened in our country in last several years show the following three main characteristics:1.Most of the objects to which crimes were imputed concentrated on the system of banking,the system of finance and economics and the trade of publication;2.Most of the criminals who committed crimes were some professional persons engaged in electronic computers and operators who could operate electronic comprters; 3.Each crime lasted a long time,was full of technology and was completely hidden from view.The m■ns of committing crimes were tricky and unceasingly changed.It is more difficult to investigate and deal with such crimes.Nevertheless,so long as we catch hold of the characteristics of the abovementioned crimes,we are able to crack down on the criminals vigorously.(Translated and finalized by Zhang Junmin.)
