摘要
通过水模型模拟研究,得出了太钢1030×160mm立式板坯连铸机不同拉速时的浸入式水口结构和浸入深度。结果表明,随着拉速的降低,水口的上倾角大小和浸入深度应逐渐减小。
In this paper, the submerged nozzle structures and depth of its immersion were obtained on the 1030×160mm Vertical continuous caster at Taiyuan Iron & Steel Corporation during operation under different casting speed with the physical water model. The results show that the submerged nozzle ingate angle and depth of its immersion should decrease gradually with the lowering of casting speed.
