摘要
本文以自行建立的连铸坯凝固传热数学模型对连铸小方坯凝固过程的温度场和热平衡进行了数值模拟研究和实验验证;分析了连铸高温出坯的技术条件;确定了沈阳钢厂具体生产条件下实现高温出坯的最佳工艺参数。
This paper has made a simulated value research and test on the temperature field and heat balance in course of billet solidification with a self-established mathematical model for solidifying and heat transferring of CC billet,and analysed the technologic conditions of high temperature billet. The optimum technologic parameters to realize high temperature billet under the particular condition of Shenyang Steel Plant have also been obtained.
