摘要 本文通过连铸小方坯产生的角部纵向凹陷、裂纹的形貌及缺陷部位成份的分析,研究了[S]、[P]、Mn/s及浇铸工艺对这些缺陷的影响;讨论了连铸坯表面纵向凹陷的形成机理;提出了防止或控制连铸坯产生角部纵向凹陷的几项措施。 Through the analyses for the profile of the longitudinal cavity and crack at the angles of CC billet and the composition at the defect localities this article researched on the effect of [S], [P], Mn/s and casting process on these defects, discussed the mechanism causing longitudinal cavity on the surface of CC billet and put forward several measures also to prevent the longitudinal cavity and crack from occurring to the angles of CC billet.
