摘要
选用蛭石、草炭、珍珠岩３种基质不同量混合作为草莓脱毒苗移栽基质，观测其成活率、株高、根数、根长。结果表明：以全蛭石为移栽基质的脱毒试管苗成活率可达９８．３３％，植株生产状态最优，平均株高、发根数、根长几项指标均高于其它移栽基质。
Vermiculite, Peat moss, Perlite and their complex in different ratioserved as virus-free strawberry transplantation medium in this experiment.Success rate,plant height,root number and root length were investigted.The results show that:Success rate of virus-free seedling transplanted into Vermiculite was 98.33%,plant height,root number,root length of the plants in Vermiculite than those in the other medium.
