摘要
本文综述了国内、外用于探测生物超弱光子辐射的各类仪器及测量方法。降低光电倍增管的本底噪声、提高仪器精确度及自动化程度，将成为今后仪器研制的发展方向。
In this paper we report the kinds of instrument used detect super-weak photon emission at home and abroad, Reduce the background of photomultiplier,increase the pricision of instrument and process automation, this will become development direction of instrument manufacture.
