摘要
The surface and size effects of ferroelectric particles have been studied using Landau phenomenological theory, and the Curie temperature, and spontaneous polarization calculated for ferroelectrics with different sizes and second- or first-order phase transition. The size dependence of the extrapolation length of ferroelectric partides is given. The theoretical results agree with the experimental.
