With the implementation of China’s reform and opening policy, foreign-invested enterprises have developed quickly since the 1980s. According to incomplete statistics, there are a total of 190,000 foreign-invested enterprises in China. With high salaries, pleasant working environments, advanced management and a system of selecting for employment on the basis of qualification, these enterprises employ a group of well-educated young people.
