重庆市地处西南交通要枢,承东启西,承北贯南,以开放促进地区经济发展,一直是重庆市领导致力著作的大文章。最近,重庆市领导審时度势,深感重庆开放的深度和广度还远不能适应形势的要求,其症结在于各个层次的负责人思想还不够解放,存在不同程度的"不适应症"。为此,中共重庆市委书记孙同川特著文《论进一步解放思想》,要求市级各部门,各区、县、市开展"进一步解放思想"的大讨论。在讨论中查思想障碍,找部门或地区差距,落实工作措施,以促进本部门,本地区的工作·本刊特刊载孙同川同志文章的摘要,以饗读者。
Chongqing is situated in the communications hub of the southwest. It connects east with the west, and the north with the south. Open to promote the regional economy has long been the chief concern of the municipal government.
