摘要 本文根据齿轮传动的特点,找到实际供油量和齿面上不断变化着的油膜厚度之间的内在联系,并应用现代科学体系中的基本理论,解析了供油量对轮齿的润滑和冷却效果的影响机理。从而使供油理论研究和应用纳入现代科学领域,为分析、评价诸供油观点的实用范围和选择传动装置的最佳供油方案,提供了科学的理论依据。 This paper reveals the internal relations between the amount of actual oil supply and the constant variable oil film thickness on tooth faces according to the characteristics of gear drive . It explains and analyzes the mechanism of the influence of oil supply on the lubrication effect and the cooling effect of tooth faces according to the basic theory of modern science and technology system. Therefore the research and application to the oil supply theory have been brought within the modern scientific field and the scientific basis for theory has been proveided for the analysis and reveiw of the practicable use of all the different views of oil supply and for the selection of the optimum oil supply scheme for the gear.
