圆柱斜齿轮多齿对耦合瞬时啮合刚度的有限元分析

摘要 通过本文提出的分析轮齿刚度和齿面接触线载荷分布的新方法——齿面接触线法向刚阵法,用有限元方法编制了专用计算软件,文中给出了计算实例,绘制出考虑多齿对啮合、刚度差异以及边界效应时,斜齿圆柱齿轮轮齿瞬时啮合刚度曲线,并对刚度曲线进行了详细分析. Based on the method of normal stiffness matnix along line of action of gear teeth a speciat purpose software for analysing tooth stiffness and load distribution has been provided by using 3-D FEM method. With this software, the instantaneous stiffness of gear tooth could be calculated for multitooth meshing. Stiffness curves under different meshing conditions were presented, and the results have been analysed through a working exam-ple.
