摘要
本文较系统地研究了离子色谱法对SeO_3^(2-).CrO_4^(2-)的分析实验条件,选择紫外检测器(波长254nm)以7.5mmolNa_2CO_3和2.0mmolNaoH为双组分淋洗液,在此条件下,对SeO_3^(2-)5ppm,CrO_4^(2-)10ppm混合标准液进行分析,标准偏差、变异系数均在仪器允许范围内,且线性关系较好,检出限Seo_3^(2-)0.031ppmCrO_4^(2-)为0.074ppm以标准加入法测得回收率为Seo_3^(2-).98%.CrO_4^(2-)101%.
Ion chromatography was applied to the determination of SeO32-. CrO42-. with 7. 5 mmol Na2CO3 and 2. 0mmol NaOH solution as an eluant. UV. detection at 254nm was selected. The standard deviation of this method was suitable. The collection ratio of SeO32-was 98%. CrO42- was 101%.
