摘要
本文主要概述了高阻抗低漂移运算放大器在5×10^(-15)A微电流测量中的应用,并对测量电路的测试原理、测量电路的相对误差、及测量电路的极限灵敏度等重要问题进行了较为详细地论述和分析.这种测量电路具有体积小、稳定时间短、低漂移、高精度等优点,所以有着广泛的应用.
is This an artical we have primarily described how the operational amplifier of the high impedance and low drift apply in 5x10-5 A micro-current measurement. We also have described in detail and analysed important problems such as the principle of measurement in measurement circuit and relative error in measurement, circuit and analysed the limit sensitivity in measurement circuit.This measurement circuit has some advantages such as small in volume?short constant time, low drift and high precision so it is loiclely used.
