摘要 本文依据Spurr's包埋法,结合作者获得的实验研究成果及经验,系统介绍Spurr’s包埋法在研究直翅目昆虫胫节感受器中的应用程序及关键技术;着重讨论了与提高切片质量有关的实验技术要点和注意事项;论证 Spurr’s包埋法对研究直翅目昆虫足部感受器的优佳效果.目的在于使这一国际先进的组织学方法得到科学的推广和应用,促进直翅目昆虫足部感受器功能形态学的研究. Based on Spurt's embedding method and the author's investigation results andexperiences, this paper introduces systematically the application process and key techniquesof orthoptera tibial organs. It discusses emphatically the testing key techniques and notes associated with the improvement of the sections' quality. The excellent application results ofthe Spurr's Embedding Method in the investigation of the orthoptera tibial organs areproved. The aim of the study is to scientifically spread and apply this international advancedhistological method and facilitate the functional and morphological investigation of the orthoptera tibial organs.
