个人计算机ｃ语言系统有着丰富的软件资综，通过对超级微机，小型机ＶＡＸｃ语言运行时函数库的扩充，就能实现从个人计算机移植软件。做一个ｃ语言的构件库，可以提高ＶＡＸｃ语言软件开发能力。本文着重介绍对ＶＡＸＣ语言函数库增补的函数及其功能。
