摘要
本文提出了S形标准条盒发条的优化设计方法和计算程序。文中的优化数学模型是以发条机构所占空间为目标函数,以计时仪器所要求的工作性能为约束条件,采用约束坐标轮换法进行优化。文中举例的优化结果比常规设计,不仅发条工作性能有所改善,而且所占空间缩小了4.57%,节省材料4.592%。
This paper proposed a method of optimum design and a computational programme for standard-cased mainspring. The mathematical model of the optimum design presented here takes the space occupied by the mainspring mechanism as objective function and operation performance required by chronometrs as the constraining condition to carry out optimum design by using containing-coordinate rotating method. Optimized results showed that the space occupied by the mainspring decreased by 4.57% and material consumption by 4.592.
