摘要
发动机多采用换件工艺进行大修,即将主要运动件大部或全部换为新件,而且多为标准件。经大修后的发动机,其工作寿命大约仅为新产发动机的一年,这并不是被换上的新件的精度,而是基础件的变形所造成的位置经度降低所引起的。通过试验研究探索位置精度对工作寿命的影响,找出其规律以及可采取的措施。
After the engine being overhauled by replacing major moving units and parts, the service life of it will be shorter than that of the new engine because of the location accuracy of the units and parts not in the originally designed condition. This paper deals with the effects of location accuracy of the units and parts on the service life of the overhauled engine, finds some lows about these effects and makes mathematically modelling, with some proposals presented.
