摘要
本文从传热学的原理出发,建立了注塑件冷却的数学模型,当注塑件每个表面有1/3厚度达到固化时开模,据此推导出了注塑模冷却时间理论计算公式,此式更加符合生产实际,可用于注塑模冷却系统的设计及指导注塑件的设计与生产。
A mathematical model for cooling injection molding parts is dealt with in this paperbased on the heat-trabsfer theory. The mold should be opened at the monment when the temperature at one third depth from each face of the part being molded reaches solifying temperature, and according to this opinion, the theoretical formula for calculating the required time for cooling injection molds are derived which taore conform with production and could be used for designing the injection mold cooling system as well as guiding injection molding parts operation.
