摘要
本文通过晶体管放大能力随频率的变化而显示出的频率特性,着重讨论了表征晶体管频率特性的参数f_α,f_β,f_T,f_m的物理意义,分析了频率参数对晶体管工作状态的影响,以及在电路设计中如何正确、灵活地应用这些参数。
This paper discuses with emphasis on the physical meaning of frequency character parameters of tramsistors, analyses the effects of frequency character parameters on working condition of the transistors and deals with application of these parameters in doing circuits design.
