Abstract In the two Song Dynasties.forging paper money was very current.The methods were forging printing and that the old notes were private cast and mended and the unseales notes were stolen and sold.The governments adopted many rneasures to govern this condition such as:laying down the prize and punishable decree,strengthening the antiforging function of the paper money itself and the management of printing the paper money.
