Abstract After introduced the found and its shape characters of a new variety of“Ban Liang”coin in the shape of cake of the Qin Dynasty,author drew a conclusion that this coin was not cast by the single mould,but by two moulds of obverse and reverse.Due to the coin was estimated to be cast by the old technological equipment of the old Zhao State when its excavative district of Shen Mu captured by the Qin Dynasty,it was appeared the technological characters of the Zhao State.
