Abstract Introduce the first“laboring note”discovered in China, which was issued by the Lei Yang Soviet Government of Hu Nan Province in the later of February in 1928. It was the first note designed and printed by soviet government itself. and the naming for“laboring note”was affect by the early socialism theory of the Western.
