摘要
目的：评价“拯心汤”治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法：８１例患者随机分为２组，治疗组５６例采用内服“拯心汤”治疗，对照组２５例以阿托品及相关西药治疗。结果：近期疗效治疗组显效３６例，有效１４例，总有效率８９．２９％，对照组分别为１５例、６例和８４．００％，２组近期疗效比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；但治疗组在提高心率、改善心电图及血液流变性等方面优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。远期疗效显示：停药５个月后，治疗组复发率为１４．０％，对照组为４７．６％，２组远期疗效比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：“拯心汤”是治疗缓慢性心律失常的有效药物。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of “zheng xin” decoction in treatment of slow arrhythmia (SA).Methods:Eightyone SA cases were divided into 2 groups.Fiftysix cases were administered with “zheng xin” decoction as treatment group,25 cases were treated with atropine and correlative medicine as control group.Results:The recent effect showed that 36 cases in treatment group were prominently effective and 14 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 8929%,and 15 cases,6 cases and 8400% in control group respectively.The differences between 2 groups were not significant (P>005),but the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group in increasing heart rate,improving parameters of electrocardiogram and hemorrheology (P<005 or P<001).The remote effect showed that the recurrence rates in treatment group and control group were 140% and 476% respectively after the patients had stopped taking medicine for 5 months.The remote effect of treated group was superior to that of control group (P<001) Conclusions:“Zheng xin” decoction is an effective therapeutic remedy for SA.
