摘要
对义乌市市区264家食品流动摊贩调查,86.0%业主为农民。调查的343名食品从业人员,具有高中文化程度的2.6%,18.7%是文盲。除26户有卫生许可证外.其余均为无证经营。销售面食、汤圆、牛肉汤、豆腐脑的摊位均未做到餐具消毒。96.2%无防尘、防蝇设施,95.5%从业人员无工作衣帽。在市场经济搞活的形势下,预测食品流动摊贩将大幅度增加,如任其发展,将出现“三多、三乱、三差”的状况,其结果是严重威胁人民健康。提示加强对食品流动摊贩管理已刻不容缓。
Abstractln urban district of Yiwu city,86% of food mobile vendor’
stand managers from 264stands was farmer.343 persons involved in
those stands,2.6%of these persons graduatedfrom senior middle school,
18.7%were illiterate person. There were only 26 vendor stamdsmanagers
with hygienic licence.Tableware used in selling cooked wheaten food,
stuffeddumplings made of glutinous rice flour served in soup, beef
soup and Jellied bean curd were allnot be sterilized,96. 2%of the
stands did not install dustproof and flyproof facilities,95.5%persons
did not wear work clothing and headgear.
