饮料中人工合成食用色素的分析质量控制

摘要 浙江省14个地、市、县防疫站在实验室培训和统一检验方法的基础上,开展了饮料中人工合成食用色素的分析质量控制工作。评分原则以室内为主,室间为辅。分别从基本数据、标准曲线、色谱图、分析系数、标样测定结果等方面具体评分。结果总分91.5~97.75分有7个,80.25~87.25分有5个,61.5~69分有2个。 Abstract After training of personal and unifying laboratory defection method,the work of quality control of artificial food color in beverage was initiated by 14 respctive Health and Antiepidemic stations of districts, cities,and counties in Zhejiang province. According to the basic data, the standard diagram of curves,the chormatograms,analytical coefficients and the defection results of reference samples,14 laboratorys get following points. Among them. 7 laboratorys had 91.5 to 97.75 points.5 laboratorys had 80. 25 to 87.25 points.and 2 laboratorys had 61.5 or 69 points.
