大型高炉鼓风机组投产初期保护系统的措施探讨

Study on Measures of Protective System of Blowing Machine in Large Blast Furnace at Early Commissioning

通过对瑞士产ＡＶ８０—１４型鼓风机组试车过程中保护系统出现的问题的分析，找出了发生误动作的原因，并结合兄弟单位的经验和教训，在高炉投产初期对保护系统的某些跳闸信号进行了处理，保证了高炉的正常运行。

This work analyzes problems during trial run occured in protective system of AV80 - 14 blowing mechine produced by Switzerland. It found out the reasons of misoperation .According to experiences of other plants,some trip signals of protective system were treated at early commissioning of blast furnace. This ensured normal operation of blast furnace.
