摘要
本文通过某些国产钢瓶内表面的研究分析后,采用恒温箱电加热抽真空对抽真瓶进行定量检测等方法,解决了充瓶后,由于钢瓶内表面吸附杂质脱附而影响高纯氪、氙气体质量的问题。
This paper investigates inner surface of some home-made steelbot- tles. It describes how the steel bottles were rarefied in constant temperature ovens heated by electricity and then were quantitively tested. This may eliminate influence on high purity krypton and xenon due to shedding of contaminants adsorbed on inner surface of steel bottles after gas filling of the bottles.
