摘要
大群体的协调需一般化的制度。从新制度经济学理论出发,认为广西大学从2003年正式启动责任教授制应注意建立激励机制、约束机制和惩罚机制。
Big group coordination needs the vague generalization system. Based on the theory of NIE, the system of responsibility professor of Guangxi University, started formally in 2003, needs some mechanism,such as incentive mechanism , restraint mechanism and punishing.
