摘要
粘土结合的浇注料加入SiO_2微粉和适量的磷酸盐,即产生较强的凝聚。SiO_2微粉和 Al_2O_3细粉在1400℃发生反应生成针状莫来石,莫来石在基质部分成镶嵌结构,从而提高了浇注料的强度。
To add SiO_2 ultrafine powder and phasphate can lead to stronger coagulation, because of a chemical reaction of producing needle -shape mullite between SiO2ultrafine powder and A12O3 powder at 1400℃. The produced mullite that appears inlay structure increases intensity of casting-pit refractory.
