摘要
本文运用运动处方于背越式跳高技术技能教学.通过课前诊断,评价学生掌握该项目技术技能实际情况后,制定出以学习技术动作为重点,同时提高专项身体素质的教学处方意见.结果证实,教学效果良好.这是一种进一步贯彻因材施教、从实际出发等教学原则的一种有效方法.
Exercise prescription for teaching back layout was used in thirty-eight male physical education students. The type of exercise prescription emphasizes movement learning, but also gives attention to improvement of run-jump ability. In conclusion,it has a good effect on back layout teaching and is an effective method in further practising teaching principles.
