The article analyzed the reason that the teachers choose the theoretical teaching pattern, look down the curriculum experiment teaching. The article suggested that the experiment plan of the curriculum should be written into the talent training plan, and pointed out the stable classroom instruction quality was very important. It is necessary to stable ＂to pass on one＇s expertise culture＂ in the teaching, to construct ＂the group tiger culture＂ in the scientific research, also the cultural atmosphere must be normalized.
