On the Function of the Tutorial System in Higher Vocational Colleges to Students' Personality Development

导师制是高职院校普遍推行的一种新型培养模式。通过三年多的实践证明,实行导师制可以更有利于学生在学业上、职业技能上、职业生涯上的个性发展。

Tutorial system is the new training model which is generally adopted in higher vocational colleges. Through the practice of more than three years , it has been proved that the implementation of mentoring could be more conducive to the students personality development in academic, vocational skills and career.
