Determination of Trace Beryllium in Wax Stones Mine Dust by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

本文采用欧洲标准化委员会技术局规定方法制样。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定蜡石矿尘中痕量铍元素。方法简便、灵敏、准确。共存的钙、镁、锰、钡、铁、硼等元素在一定范围内对铍的测定无影响。回收率为98％,变动系数<2％,检出限为0.00041mg/L。

The proposed method is applied to measure trace beryllium in wax stone mineral dust samples.This method is convenience, senstive,precise and not affected by coexistent elements such as Ca,Mg,Ba,Mn,B etc.The relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 2%. The recovery ratio is 98% and the detection limit is 0. 000<llmg/L.
