电流型多巴胺电极的研制

摘要 本文讨论了电流型香焦组织多巴胺电极研制及性能.此香焦组织电极是由二茂铁修饰的石墨电极和香焦组织复合而成,电极在2℃,pH=7的磷酸盐缓冲液中线性范围为0.11—7mmol/L,其寿命在室温中贮藏可达30d. An amperometric banana-tissue electrode for the determination of dopamine is described. The working electrode is prepared by absorption of ferrocene as a mediator and immobilozation of banana-tissue on the surface of graphite electrode with nylon net. The results show that a linear current response of the electrode is in the range 0.11- 7mmol/L dopamine with 0.1mol/L phosphate buffer(pH= 7), at 25℃,the life-time of the banana-tissue electrode is about 30 days at room temperature in buffer solution.
