A basic bunding cell of dual-rail XOR circuit is presented, which is easy to bud horizantally and vertically, aam will facilitate the VLSI circuit design. Several circuits constructed by these cells are shown, namely they are dual-rail XOR array, comparator and majority voting circuits . They all are of self-checking property
