摘要
本文分析了老的考试学理论中效度、信度、难度、区分度方面存在的问题，提出了设计“四度”、反馈“四度”等新概念，明确了计算、审核一份试题内在质量的系统化方法与计算公式．
In this paper, we hsve anallyed those problems existed in the old theory of exandnation. We have given also some new ideas: designed'four degrees'.feedbacked'four degrees',etc. In the second half Part of this peper,we have given the new method of the calculations and the examinations and approvals of the quality of test questions.
