摘要
本文主要讨论了以下问题:①通讯工程中的基本予盾,包括通讯的可靠性与快速性、有效性与经济性、信息与噪声之间的矛盾等;②建立信息的概念和理论必须首先清算机械论、庸俗唯物论;③信息的实质与哲学基本问题的关系,特别讨论了作为事物性质、状态、行为、历史的表征的信息,可以与被表征的事物分离开来,载带于叫做载体和其它事物之上,信息的各种特性都是从这种可分离性中生发出来的;④信息论的方法论问题.
At first,the main contradictions in communication engineering are presented. Then the relation between the essence of information and the basic problems of philosophy is discussed. It is pointed out especially that information is separable from objects which are characterized by information. Methodology of information theory is also discussed.
