本文运用系统论的有关理论,结合当前社会主义市场经济发展过程中机制转换的实际,从管理主体系统的要素、结构,管理主体系统的系统特性,管理主体系统与环境的关系以及管理主体系统的控制、反馈和自我调节等四方面,对管理主体进行研究,力求使涉足管理领域的实践者达到思维方式的变革.

Integrating the present situation of mechanism transformation during the developing period of socialist market economy, some principles of system theory are applied to discussing the management subject in the following four respects: essential factors and structure of management subject system;system features; relations between management subject system and its environment 5 control, feedback and self-control of management subject system. This article intends to change the mode of thought of administrative personnel.
