作者在完成任意阶奇阶幻方及任意阶双偶阶幻方研究的基础上，进一步探索任意价单偶阶幻方构造规律．文中提供的系列公式及方法解决了任意阶单偶阶幻方的计算及编制问题，并可借助电算程序快速。

On the basis of comliete the study of struvture laws of any magic squares of double even-order,the present author well taking further steps explore the study of structure laws of any magic squares of single evenorder.In this paper,the author also introduces a squence new transfer magic squares M,(k)(k=1,2,…;t=12,…,k2)of 4-order,which can solve calculating any magic square of single even - order and construct them with the help of computer.In addition,the orders not limited and the magic squares have various forms.
