废弃资源再资源化的研究

A Research On Mankind's Sustained Development And Waste Resources Reused

本文在从理论上阐述了废弃资源再资源化实质是自然资源循环经济利用的同时,从实践上论证了废弃资源再资源化是保护自然生态环境、缓解自然资源短缺,实现人类持续发展的有效途径和根本出路;并从我国基本国情出发,对废弃资源再资源化提出了具有可行性的战略措施与对策.

This paper expressed author's viewpoint on three hands . In theory, the essence of waste reources reused is that natural resources is utilized circulatively and economically. In practice, waste resources reused protects natural ecologic environment and relieves the shortage of natural resources, meantime, it is an effective way of mankind's sustained development.According to current situation of our country, the paper advances some feasile strategies and ways.
