摘要
The effect of protein bound polysaccharide Krestin (PSK,a polysacchride extracted from Coriolus Versicolor)intraperitoneally injected into mice on the gene expression of SeGSHPx in peritoneal macrophages and of small dosage(1×10-6μmol/L) of tert-butyl hydroperoxide (tbOOH) in vitro on the gene expression of SeGSHPx in macrophage from mice treated by PSK were studied. The results showed that PSK could enhance the gene expression of SeGSHPx in macrophages,this corresponded with our previous work that PSK could increase the activity of SeGSHPx in macrophages. Small dosage of tbOOH had no marked effect on the gene expression of SeGSHPx in macrophages from mice treated by PSK,but could significantly induce the gene expression of SeGSHPx in macrophages from non-PSK treated mice.
