摘要
肾脏的内皮细胞和某些非内皮细胞均可产生内皮素。内皮素受体在肾脏广泛分布,其亚型的不同分布决定了生物学效应的不同。内皮素的肾脏生物学效应主要有:对肾脏血液动力学的影响;对内分泌功能的影响;对水、电解质平衡的影响等方面。
