Micro-structural System of the Operation Mechanism of Higher Education──Another Reasoning on the Operation Mechanism of Higher Education under the Conditions of Socialist Market Economy

构建社会主义市场经济体制下高教运行机制应由３个层次６５种机制组成其微观结构体系。第一层次由目标、决策、动力、调控反馈、投入等５个机制组成．这６个机制分别派生出３个机制组成第二层次。第二层次又派生出４５个机制构成第三层次。

The operation mechanism of higher education under the system of socialist market economy should have its micro-structural system formulated by three levels and 65 mechanisms' The target of the first level consists of 5 mechanisms: target, policy decision,motive force, control and feedback, and investment. From these mechanisms are derived three more to form the second level, from which 45 more are derived to form the third level.
