The management system for collecting environmental protection fees adoptedthe ideas of life cycle and Prototype. In the interface design, the system applied the externalprogram interface technic, dynanlic picture and choice technic. The system settled the contradiction between list width and screed width in tabulation, reasonably controlled the line advance of character pattern and suggested 8 ways for the function of admissible errors, such asways of prompt idea and determined idea.
