Based on guiding principles of social economic development as well as on theanalysis for the present, roads and area transportation in Timisn town, the paper presented thebasic principles of road network planning and development strategy. According to the geopraphical environment and district features of Timian, the paper determined the using functionand basic Pattern of road, drawed up rationally road system plans and Put forward the enforcement plan and measures of road network.
