摘要
探讨了引发剂,MMA、BA、AA的加入量,加入顺序及反应温度对氯丁橡胶与MMA、BA、AA接枝聚合的影响,找到了最佳的接枝聚合工艺条件,在此条件下所配制的三元接枝胶粘剂的剥离强度为6.6KN/m.
The paper mainly dealt with the polymeric methods and factors of polychloroprene (CR) linking with MMA, BA and AA, initiator, the sequence and the polymeric reactive temperature. The best prescription and process of branch linking polymerisation have been decided. The peeling strength of three-component branch linking adhesivs under the best condition is 6. 6kN/m.
