Design of the smooth control of hydraulic pressures of clutches in vehicle automatic shifting

在车辆的自动换档过程中，离合器充油油压特性的缓冲控制，直接影响着换档过程中品质的好坏.本文给出了实现换档缓冲控制的换档缓冲阀的原理和结构，分析讨论了对换档离合器充油特性的控制方法，并给出了影响缓冲特性的节流孔参数计算方法.

In vehicle automatic transmissions, the smooth control of hydraulic performance of clutch has more direct effect on the shift quality. This paper provides the theory and construction of control valves for smooth shifting, and the control methods of hydraulic pressure characteristics are analysed and discussed. Computing methods of orifice dimensions affecting the soomth control property are also provided.
